Declare the `entries` feature on `uucore` directly, which was previously enabled transitively through `uu_pgrep`.

- ns: import `std::io` unconditionally; the non-Linux `from_pid` stub also uses `io::Error` in its signature - walk, teletype: gate the Linux-only test modules with `cfg(all(test, target_os = "linux"))` to avoid unused-import warnings on other platforms
