Add --bail as an alias for --halt

[Copilot]

--halt (-H) already stops on the first error; --bail was rejected as unknown. Test runners commonly use --bail, so that name should work the same way.

Changes

• CLI — yargs alias list is ['halt', 'bail'] on -H, so --bail sets the same config as --halt
• Docs — README options table lists --bail next to --halt; help shows -H, --halt, --bail
• Tests — CLI coverage for help text, error exit, and a clean run with --bail
