Add --bail as an alias for --halt #714

Today

--halt (-H) stops at the first error. --bail is an unknown argument.

Change

--bail does the same as --halt.

--bail is the name test runners use for this (mocha --bail, jest --bail, bun test --bail), so it is the name many will try first.

Good to know

• This was made on the v8.0 branch, which is not merged.
• The help text and the table of options in the README must show the new name.

This was made before, on a branch that is not merged. Look at it to see how it was done. It can not be copied as it is, as it is written for older code.
