docs(cssholmes): integrate alpha documentation and review corrections - #11
Bring the documentation from merged #8 toward master and correct its review findings. #8 was merged into the presentation branch, not master.
Accept height: auto in the portable style-set schema, matching runtime validation.
State the PHP 8.4 requirement and link to tested compatibility boundaries.
Explain that token inspection matches resolved values; it does not prove which CSS declaration supplied a property.
Document Export permission, history limits and the review follow-up in the changelog.
Correct the remaining color walkthrough, local token-preview behavior, clipboard summary, slot selection and z-index limitations. Use the canonical xtf-widget profile name; widget remains a supported alias.
Explain that documented checks require the complete source checkout, including the final QA change in ci(cssholmes): verify and package alpha 1 #9; release ZIPs and documentation-only branches omit these development files.
Validation
Checked the schema against the runtime property rules and reviewed documentation against the tested candidate. Verified 40 local documentation links and every named test script in the complete QA branch. The combined candidate previously passed PHP 8.4/8.5, browser and installed-site integration checks; the tests are included in #9. This follow-up changes documentation only.
Merge order
#10 is merged. This PR now targets master. After this PR is merged, retarget #9 to master and mark it ready. Do not merge #9 into its temporary documentation base.

+Back up the site's files and database before an installed-module upgrade.
-Please visit us on https://xoops.org
+From an installed module directory, `php tests/run.php` runs the isolated PHP
+regressions plus the analyzer, CLI and diagnostic PHPUnit tests using shared
+`xoops_lib/vendor/bin/phpunit`. For a separate checkout, set `XOOPS_VENDOR_PATH`
+to that shared vendor directory. `php tests/run.php --browser` also runs the
+browser regressions with an existing Playwright/Chromium installation.

<issue_to_address>
**Documented checks cannot run**
When a contributor follows the README verification instructions from the module checkout, the documented `tests/run.php`, designer test scripts, XTF contract script, and client script are absent, so the commands fail instead of running the promised checks; the README and compatibility record also claim the missing runner passed.
Add the documented runner and test scripts, or revise the instructions and compatibility claims to match the checks that exist.

<issue_to_address>
**Color source is misidentified**
When a computed color matches a manifest token’s resolved value without referencing it, or has no matching manifest token, `tokenMatchesFor()` compares computed foreground and background colors with resolved manifest values, not their CSS declaration sources; the tutorial treats matches as proof of token use and unmatched colors as hardcoded, leading readers to change the wrong CSS or global token.
Describe matches as value matches only and tell readers to inspect the actual CSS source.

+### Z-Index Overlay
+
+Click `z-index` to show colored labels on every element that has an
+explicit `z-index` value (not `auto`). Each value gets a unique color so
+you can see the stacking hierarchy at a glance.
+
+The button shows the count: `z-index (12)` means twelve elements compete
+for stacking position on this page.
</code_context>
<issue_to_address>
**Zero z-index values go unnoticed**
When a page uses `z-index: 0` or distinct z-index values that map to the same hue, `toggleZIndexOverlay()` skips computed `z-index: 0`, and its hue calculation can assign the same color to different values. The tutorial promises labels for every explicit non-`auto` value with a unique color, so readers miss zero-valued stacking contexts and cannot always distinguish labeled values by color.
Either include zero values and use a collision-resistant visual mapping, or qualify the tutorial to describe which values are shown and that colors are not guaranteed unique.

<issue_to_address>
**Widget diagnostics stay disabled**
When a reader follows the example URL, `xtf-widget` is the supported profile name, but the example uses `widget`, so following it omits widget diagnostics and leaves the page without the requested widget highlights.
Change `widget` to `xtf-widget` in the example.

Identify the accepted export JSON format
docs/TUTORIAL-cssholmes-XTF-XMF-v2.md:207
The workbench parser accepts the review payload produced by export sel, but it rejects the inspection snapshot produced by copy json because it has no changes array. Calling this generally “toolbar JSON” leaves users following the copy-json path with an “Unsupported payload” error; name the accepted export explicitly.

In code that hasn't changed since last review
Inspector widget provenance is not registry-backed
docs/TUTORIAL-cssholmes-XTF-XMF-v2.md:79
The live inspector does not know which widget rendered an element: widgetTargetFor() only finds the nearest matching class/data-attribute wrapper, and slotTargetFor() only finds [data-slot]; neither consults a widget registry or manifest. This overstates the provenance available from inspection and conflicts with the later limitation that widget scans are not registry-driven.
Library endpoint omits manifest-only XTF themes
docs/theme-sets.md:80
The library endpoint only populates library.themes from theme directories that contain theme.tpl or theme.html (sets.php:203-208); manifest-only XTF themes therefore do not appear in this table. Please qualify this as the set of supported/discovered front-end themes, or update the endpoint to include manifest-only themes before documenting it as every installed theme.
