chore: use American spelling and add agent spelling rule

Description

Uses American spelling in comments, docs and test names, per the WorkOS writing style guide. It also adds a Spelling section to .claude/CLAUDE.md (which AGENTS.md links to) so agents keep doing this without respelling public names or values. Only hand-maintained (@oagen-ignore) files change, and there is no API or behavior change. phpstan analyse is a tool command, so it stays as it is.
