Remove the handler methods and nested Handler type deprecated since 2021. Use standard CDI handles and the existing handle priority comparator. Retain Weld-specific runtime Type selection and covariant select methods.
Remove the Weld-specific interface and its binding access facilities, whose remaining members were deprecated in 2023. Use the standard InvocationContext binding accessors provided by Interceptors 2.2.
Inherit getContexts from the standard CDI API through BeanManager.
Enforce the documented unmodifiable collection contract in both default context collection methods and clarify that they return snapshots.

Various small adjustments to docs, dependencies, removal of long deprecated parts and deprecation of others APIs that have, in the meantime, made it to CDI APIs.
