Bumps vite-task to the latest main, which includes remote caching with GitHub Actions OIDC auth for uploads (voidzero-dev/vite-task#798).

The only non-mechanical change is remote: None in the synthesized EnabledCacheConfigs, which keeps the default. packages/cli/src/run-config.ts is regenerated.
