0.0.22's publish run (40062012356) failed on all four Linux builds. The wheels reached PyPI for macOS and Windows only. The manylinux images ship only
perl-interpreter, so the bundled-BioNetGen Java test (testVcmlToOdeInput_rule_based_regenerated_with_the_bundled_bionetgen) could not loadMath::Trig(2_28) orFindBin(2_34).The fix is a
[tool.cibuildwheel.linux] before-allthat installsperl, the full core-module set. Checked locally inmanylinux_2_28andmanylinux_2_34: BNG2.pl failed before the install and generates the smoke network after it.This changes nothing in the wheel; it only lets the build's tests run.
