My interests sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence, aging biology and omics. I am interested in using computational methods to understand how biological systems change over time, and how molecular data can help us ask better questions about health and disease.
My focus includes AI for biological data, aging and immune-system changes, and single-cell and multi-omics analysis. Alongside these questions, I build research tools and reproducible workflows with R, Python and Linux, from sequencing data processing to clear scientific figures.

Scientific illustration, thoughtful reading and small tools that make everyday work smoother. I like clear questions, carefully chosen colors and the moment when a complicated result starts to make sense.
