Return typed per-skill lifecycle outcomes and domain errors instead of CLI strings and ArgumentParser errors. Commands handle validation messages and output rendering, preserving existing CLI text and filesystem protections.
Stack
Based on #47. This separates the installer boundary before adding interrupted-operation recovery in the next PR.
Verification
Focused lifecycle and empty-root tests, make test, make analyze, and make build passed. The release install dry run returned the expected preview without writing an installation.
