Description

CI now only checks the code. It never changes files.

• New just verify task: runs the same checks as just check (format, import order, lint, types, security) without fixing anything. just check still fixes files for local use.
• CI runs just verify: before, CI used the fixing tasks, so badly formatted code could be fixed on the CI machine and still pass. Now it fails and the author has to fix it.
• Docs: CONTRIBUTING.md and tasks/README.md describe the new tasks.
• Lockfile: the package version in uv.lock is updated to 0.12.0 to match the release.
