docs: add session keys how-to and fix unsafe EIP-7702 examples - #51

- Add how-to/session-keys: delegate an EOA to Modular Account v2 via Alchemy Wallet APIs, grant a scoped expiring session key, send with it, and clear the delegation. - account-abstraction: replace Multicall3 (callable by anyone once delegated) with a self-only BatchExecutor; drop the SpendingLimitExecutor and SessionKeyExecutor examples, which let any caller drain the EOA. - Fix the self-sponsored authorization nonce (current + 1) and use ethers' wallet.authorize() in account-abstraction, subscribe-and-collect, and the EIP-7702 reference. - Fix links that pointed the implementation guide at the reference page.
