Replace rohith/publish-nuget with native nuget publish commands #6
Description
I have a ci.yml Github Action which still runs successfully but..
- The github action gives me a warning in Github Actions:
The following actions uses node12 which is deprecated and will be forced to run on node16: rohith/publish-nuget@v2.1.1. For more info: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-06-13-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node16-instead-of-node12-by-default/- Viewing the project on github redirects me to here : https://github.com/brandedoutcast/publish-nuget and suggests that
"THIS REPOSITORY IS ARCHIVED 😴 It's time consuming to add features & stay in sync with changes in dotnet world so no new issues / PRs will be accepted You can replicate the functionality of this action & much more by using the offical tools like dotnet CLI or GitHub CLI etc.,"

Completed by #20. The archived
rohith/publish-nugetaction has been replaced with nativedotnet nuget push, including--skip-duplicatehandling and version-tag preservation. The updated workflow passed onmaster: https://github.com/solrevdev/seedfolder/actions/runs/29484814098
