Motivation
Implement the App configuration merge step of the unified configuration RFC. App layers need to follow Rsbuild's native merge rules before shared configurations can be wired into the loader.
Changes
Resolve ordered App layers with native factory parameters, then combine them using
mergeRsbuildConfig. The existing loader passes its project configuration as one layer and retains configuration file metadata and the empty-config default.Add two focused tests for overrides, nested objects, plugin and Rspack callback ordering, unchanged inputs, and lazy resolution. Public
define.extends()registration and shared-layer loading remain separate steps.Validation: builds, lint, type and format checks passed. All five focused tests passed, including existing App builds and reloads after changes to the config file or an imported dependency.
