Pin every public callee at @v2. v2 is the annotated moving major tag; it moves only to published v2.x.y release commits. For an immutable pin use @v2.x.y. Releases are cut by pushing an annotated vX.Y.Z tag on a main commit. v2.0.0 is a historical immutable tag, not the consumer pin.
