Replace legacy upstream VID/PID 0x4D44:0x6061 with the project-owned pid.codes allocation 0x1209:0x2013 (org Positron-Electronic). Registration PR: pidcodes/pidcodes.github.com#1303. - Swap vendorId/productId in both VIA JSONs and usb.vid/pid in all four FIRMWARE/QMK/**/rev1/info.json. - Rebuild the three shipped .hex from source (QMK 0.26.11, avr-gcc 15.1.0) carrying the new identity; USB descriptor byte-scan confirms 0x1209:0x2013 and no legacy 0x4D44:0x6061. Shipped sha256 == rebuilt_sha256. - Update FIRMWARE/manifest.json, FIRMWARE/README.md, README.md, docs/LEGACY-SUPPORT.md, docs/HARDWARE-ATTRIBUTION.md, docs/evidence/qmk-build.md. Device-test attestation (Gate 4) is now STALE: USB identity changed, so the owner must re-flash and re-run the USB/VIA smoke matrix. Rollback: prior binaries recoverable from Git history.

Requesting PID 0x2013 under VID 0x1209 for ENCHDASH, a split ergonomic keyboard (ErgoDash derivative) with rotary encoder, OLED, RGB underglow and hotswap sockets. ATmega32U4, QMK + VIA.
Prerequisites met: public repo, modifiable PCB design files (.kicad_sch/.kicad_pcb) and QMK firmware source, OSS/OSHW licensed.
