Reject unsupported stability values.
buildVersions normalizes empty stability to stable, but accepts every other string before versions.addImage. hostToAPI then copies that value into the Goa PgEdgeVersion response, producing a value outside the declared stability enum and violating the API schema. The value is also excluded from default and upgrade selection.
Validate non-empty stability values in buildVersions before versions.addImage, while preserving empty-as-stable normalization. Add a manifest test for an unsupported stability value.

Can we add here Stability: v.Stability,
Update the apply-upgrade description and attribute doc to reference the stable/rc/deprecated instead of stable only, carry Stability through PgEdgeVersion.Normalize. PLAT-739
