- SCP-1704 is a large structure, about the size of a small room, made entirely of fully conscious human skeletons held together by bone dust. This skeletal structure, along with the individual skeletons within it (SCP-1704-1), disappears and reappears at random times, changing its exact composition each time. The individual skeletons can talk and move slightly, and they are identified as people who died naturally in the past sixty years, were elderly, religious, and felt content with their lives. They all recall being denied entry to an afterlife by a hostile entity before being turned into skeletons and incorporated into the main structure, experiencing constant pain and confusion.
