Run the repository release-control audit on demand by removing its daily schedule. Maintainers can still start the same audit through
workflow_dispatch; its checks and permissions are unchanged.Validation: parsed every workflow and confirmed no scheduled triggers remain. A structural comparison against the base revision confirms that only the schedule was removed.
