When connection fails unintentionally, it is retried. However we didn't indicate when disconnect was intentional. So it always retried, even after intentional unsubscriptions. This fix addresses that. Additionally try to improve a possible related race condition.

- Use happy-dom instead of jsdom because of UInt8Array mismatch when using @ldo/test-solid-server - Add DOM.Iterable into tsconfig.base.json to allow Headers.prototype.entries() and such widely available methods in TS types
TODO it should be fixed, otherwise people will have to ts-ignore always.
and part of tests. Also replace happy-dom with jsdom and fix Uint8Array issue because happy-dom was aggressively caching which caused testing issues.
Vue itself is added as peer dependency
even though it doesn't bring any real value compared to plain dataset
