Summary

Enable macOS app installations to update from the matching architecture's DMG after Plotium exits. Bundles remain ad-hoc signed and unnotarized.

• Validate and replace the complete app with rollback, using Mach-O headers instead of developer tools for architecture checks.
• Report installation failures on the next launch and distinguish successful updates with cleanup or relaunch warnings.
• Publish Windows/Linux ZIPs and Intel/Apple Silicon DMGs; test packaged DMGs through the shipping helper.
• Refresh MCP smoke checks for all 23 tools, patch Tokio to 1.53.3 for RUSTSEC-2026-0386, and align English and zh-CN documentation.

Validation

• Release packaging tests: all 8 Windows-compatible tests passed.
• Real MCP executable: stdio initialization and tool discovery smoke checks passed.
