Summary
Rewrite the manual around reader tasks: split figure styling into axes, legends and lines, and themes and styles pages; consolidate vendor formats into one page and move LC–MS extraction to a mass spectrometry page; add AI assistant pages and a "With an AI client" section to each supported task; move setting IDs and the MCP reference, now split into topic pages, under Setting IDs and MCP; group the sidebar by data type; add a table route to Your first figure. English and zh-CN are updated together.
