Upgrade naistrix to v0.43.0 and separate flag prerequisites from resolved argument validation. Centralize team and environment checks in command validators, remove redundant completion guards, and retain completion-only requirements and flag-value safeguards. Add regression coverage for validation ordering and shell completion.

Convert AutoCompleteFunc to ChoiceFunc where applicable. Also a bunch of other fixes related to bumping nais/naistrix that has some breaking changes.
