quest(m0): delete deploy-live after the live deploy

Live moq.dev, moq.pub, and moq.watch were deployed from main at 4945809 (#171 plus the private try demos from #136). Staging went first. This PR deletes the finished deploy-live quest and narrows m0 to hosted worklets.

Verification

Run headless with Chromium and a fake camera, first on staging (new.*, relay cdn.moq.wtf) and then on live (relay cdn.moq.pro). Both passed:

• A bare moq.pub/ mints a private try broadcast, and its publish token stays in the URL.
• The share link (moq.watch/try/<name>.hang) carries no jwt and plays in a fresh context: 1280x720, with frames advancing.
• The same path without a token (?relay= skips minting) is refused with "session rejected as unauthorized".
• The share link from moq.dev /publish plays on moq.watch.

The only console warning was SharedArrayBuffer audio needing COOP/COEP. That follow-up was declined in #171.
