Enterprise Spend Analytics Pipeline
Built a reproducible spend analytics portfolio solution with two explicitly separated data paths: quality profiling and descriptive analysis of 13,830 real DEFRA public-spend rows, and an operational fictional-company pipeline covering 5,000 multi-currency expenses and 20,000 approval events. Implemented Python validation, idempotent MySQL loading, cached historical FX conversion, 17 dbt models with 73 tests, and a six-task Airflow workflow with 24/24 reconciliation and 6/6 freshness controls. Delivered a four-page Power BI report with separate business and pipeline-health views, supported by Grafana and Streamlit monitoring dashboards.

Built an end-to-end Python and PostgreSQL pipeline that classified 1,111 trading days into four transparent macro regimes using one-day-lagged signals to prevent look-ahead bias. Evaluated SPY, IEF, and GLD across return, risk, and correlation metrics, reconciling all 24 Python and PostgreSQL outputs with zero discrepancies and validating findings across six threshold scenarios and 5,000 moving-block bootstrap resamples.
