✅ Low: Each rc.5 defect has a bounded root-cause fix with a behavioral regression test, and I found no wrong-result path in the changed code.
Testing
The baseline
scripts/ci-local.sh --only ts-fast --only ts-unit --strict-toolchainshad already passed. I drove each runtime fix against the real tooling: Python api-docs, Python entity codegen, the prerelease dry run, SQLite CHECK introspection,meta gen --baseline=fresh, and the Kotlin and Java plugin requires tests. I then ran the fullscripts/ci-local.sh(TS, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, integration lanes), which exited 0. N-A (CHANGELOG) and N-B (skill/guide pointers) are docs-only and were not driven live.Evidence: Python api-docs per-package pages
