Browser builders of the dev branch need one more identifier, LoopFollow Notification Service, with the LoopFollow App Group before LF Hub (loopandlearn/LoopFollow#796) can build. Adds an Update for LF Hub section to the browser build page with screenshots of the identifier, its App Groups row and the App Group assignment (Team ID blurred), and adds the identifier to the identifier tables. The same steps will apply to the release that brings LF Hub to main.
