…ovider_session_id v0.65.0 is the first release carrying mod-answer's unanswered (#705) and session-state's provider_session_id (#709), so both files leave their pinned merge commits and join the loop at tests/lich-ref.

lich v0.65.0 is the first release that ships
unansweredonmod-answer(#705) andprovider_session_idonsession-state(#709). Until now those two fixtures were read at their pinned merge commits.tests/lich-refmoves tov0.65.0.refresh-fixtures.shhas no pinned commits left.node --testpasses 415/415 andclaude plugin test .passes 33/33.
