C33's shape with the standard bullets (excludes none, root vars, the 275 GB baseline), C75's Writing line, and C65's exit-23 hazard linked to lib.
C41 diagram and intro, C43 healthcheck pause, C47 commands and the run-did-not-start bullet, C48 zone step, C57 URL rule, C64 runbook link to lib, C65 and C67 engine mechanics linked to lib.
C47: gh workflow list --all shows active or disabled_manually; gh workflow view shows no workflow state. The closing lines stay in the owner's words.
LIST_FLOOR reads 'does not have more than 40,000 lines' (-gt), reconcile at 23.5 hours, fresh past 24 hours; the canonical change and root-vars lines; C65's consequence clause cut (lib's list and retry rows hold it); STE fixes for exist, place, against, since, first fill and goes to; agreed Minors.
The change line covers the toolbox's verbs too, in the form every mirror uses, and the example sentence matches nongnu's.
