Accepts katoptra/lib v2.5.0 (katoptra/lib#18) in
render.txt: the one-timerelabelstep is gone from the pipeline, andlistno longer clears its file. Nothing else moves; uploads keep their types fromlabel, set in the upload itself.This repo's bucket already carries the relabel's mark (verified 2026-10-08), so the step had nothing left to do here.
Test plan:
task checkpasses against v2 = v2.5.0 (local.task/remotecleared first).
