Records only, no code. Two findings from the v0.13.1 cut, each held back until the tag existed so nothing merged between the release PR and its tag.

  • iss-2610051434156079 (major, deferred out loud): on the release PR's merge-queue run, the macOS race lane staged only 10 of 12 transcripts from 12 simultaneous sub-agent stops, while every hook exited 0. It is a silent loss under load, in staging code v0.13.1 does not touch, and shows the earlier fix (iss-2609090828371674) not holding on a slow host. Deferred past v0.13.0 with its reason; the waiver has already lapsed with the v0.13.1 tag, so the next cut asks for it again.
  • iss-2610051540383966 (nitpick): the ahoy page names the stray-hook gap id without its .<n> form for a second hook on one event. This is the docs-currency review's one finding, deferred from the cut to keep its content commit stable.
