Refs #947.
The production GPU phase gate retained 1774 passes and one failure: with depth3 and a15ms current-frame stall, the next multiview/Preview worker result was missing at its original16.666ms boundary. The early buffered Program-copy observation passed, so this is not attributed to missing Program-copy pixels.
Program copy and multiview/Preview rendering were the two deadline-bearing video owners omitted from scoped Playback scheduling. Opt those two workers into the existing helper after device/shader initialization and before readiness. Registration and reversion stay on the owning thread. Optional grade previews and generic workers retain ordinary scheduling. No process priority, scheduler policy, buffer, image quality, wait timeout or pixel/deadline assertion changes.
Validation: Release rebuild passed. The unchanged strict phase regression passed all 16 combinations (depth 2/3, shared/isolated, phases 2/4/10/14 ms), each with 100 measured changes and zero repeats/gaps. Both deadline workers logged successful MMCSS registration/priority. Complete Release hardware-GPU suite with incoming monitor mode 0 passed 1,775 tests with zero failures in 503.97 seconds. The complete incoming mode 1 suite also passed 1,775 tests with zero failures in 517.62 seconds. Both suites include the strict phase gate and rejection of empty test filters; the original 1,774/1 failure remains retained. Launcher correction #946 and Graphics #945 are merged and included in this source. Performance acceptance under #930 and historical timing attribution #898 remain separate; no stuttering fix or full-workload pass is claimed. Original failure log is retained at artifacts/release-20261018/native-release-tests.log in the fresh release worktree.
