• Fixes:

  • Stale 'GitHub Security Bot' copy in config.toml and content/_index.adoc (a leftover Zola template) was misleading search crawlers and humans.
  • .gitignore dropped Python entries (this repo is Rust/SPARK; Hypatia bans Python); replaced with proper Rust target/coverage/cache patterns.
  • .gitattributes and .editorconfig updated for .adoc, .ecx (Eclexia), .kyaml, .adb/.ads (SPARK/Ada), Containerfile/Justfile/Mustfile.
  • Cargo.toml trimmed to crates.io limits (5 keywords, 5 valid category slugs); full discovery vocab lives in description/ECOSYSTEM/GitHub topics.
  • CLAUDE.md bumped to v0.3.0 and now points agents at ECOSYSTEM/STANDARDS.
  • .github/labels.json regeneration note no longer invokes a Python script.

• Adds:

  • ECOSYSTEM.adoc now includes the 'Beyond Kautz-6' paradigms section (federative F-L, Pareto/multi-objective optimisation, probabilistic/StarAI, Active-Inference EFE control, categorical data integration).
  • STANDARDS.adoc open-standards map (RSS/Atom/ActivityStreams, schema.org, GS1, OAR, ILCD, EU Safety Gate, OpenAPI, SPDX/REUSE, etc.).
  • CITATION.cff for academic discoverability.
  • .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ (bug, feature, data-curation, config), full PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md with RSR/TPCF/SPARK-seam/standards checklist, .github/repo-meta.yml for manual Settings-UI application.
  • Zola site: rethemed templates/index.html with dark-mode, OG/Twitter/canonical meta tags, Atom+RSS feeds, robots.txt, 1280×640 social-preview.svg.
  • .well-known/{security,ai,humans}.txt (RFC 9116) and .env.example that were missing despite being referenced by RSR/README.

• Docs: stale .md → .adoc link fixes across README/SECURITY/ROADMAP/RSR/TPCF/ MAINTAINERS/docs/.adoc/content/.adoc; 9 annotated tags created (v0.3.0 plus 8 milestone/* namespace tags).
