The CRAN macOS binary of gdtools, which flextable loads, links to X11's libXrender; macos-latest no longer ships it, so the flextable and table1 vignettes failed to build on main and on every PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
