🌟 Purpose
hashintel/.githubnow has an org-wide default pull request template (hashintel/.github#113). GitHub uses the org default only in repositories that have no PR template of their own, so this PR deletes.github/pull_request_template.mdfrom this repository and drops the line in.github/README-CI.mdthat described it.
