Let the lane's name say how it ran - #28

The 386 lane stopped using an emulator and its name still said (qemu). A green check called "arch 386 (qemu)" that does not use qemu is a label that lies about what was verified -- and it names the one condition that was measured to fail 5 times in 8 and removed deliberately. Each entry now carries via: qemu or via: native, and the job name reads it.

What this changes
Only a job name. The
386lane stopped using an emulator, and its name stillsaid
(qemu).Each matrix entry now carries
via: qemuorvia: native, and the job is namedarch ${{ matrix.goarch }} (${{ matrix.via }}).Why it is worth a pull request
A green check called
arch 386 (qemu)that does not use qemu is a label thatlies about what was verified. The next person reading it would conclude that 386
is covered under emulation — the very condition that was measured to fail 5 times
in 8 and removed on purpose.
