Summary

Upgrade the bot's runtime dependencies, ESLint toolchain, Vitest, package manager, and CI actions. The Docker image and local runtime now use Node 26 LTS.

- Node 22 container, pnpm 10, ESLint 9, TypeScript 5, Vitest 4
+ Node 26 container, pnpm 12, ESLint 10, TypeScript 6, Vitest 5

pnpm 12 requires allowBuilds in place of the old build allowlist and no longer accepts packageManagerStrictVersion. The Dockerfile installs pinned pnpm directly because Node 26 no longer bundles Corepack. Deduplicating the lockfile replaces stale TypeScript-ESLint transitive versions with versions compatible with ESLint 10.

Evidence

  • Before, dependency pins and CI actions used the older versions in the diff.
  • After, pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, pnpm typecheck, and all 22 tests pass on Node 26.13.0 and pnpm 12.16.1.
  • pnpm lint passes with 0 errors and 49 style warnings. The source was not reformatted solely to clear warnings.
  • docker build -t fullstacksjs-github-bot:dependency-upgrades . succeeds.

TypeScript 7 is deferred because the current TypeScript-ESLint parser supports TypeScript below 6.1.0. TypeScript 6.0.3 is the latest compatible release. Live Telegram/GitHub integrations and deployment were not exercised.

Merge Danger

Door: Two-way. Revert the manifests, lockfile, and tool configuration together.

Blast Radius: Bot. Hono's Node adapter, database client, lint tooling and runtime change. No schema migrations or deployment are included.
