The portable plugin listing had an overlong subtitle and no support URL, and releases produced only a tarball. Correct the listing, add five positive and three negative review scenarios, and produce a deterministic ZIP with portable manifests at its root alongside the existing tarball.
Validate listing limits, public URL shapes, review cases, and exclusion of private reviewer metadata. Add a strict submission gate and document remaining reviewer-account, live-case, recording, and dashboard steps. CI checks and publishes both archive formats.
Validation: package validation passes; 38 validator regression cases pass; allowlist, ZIP integrity, checksums, and reproducibility verified. The strict submission check intentionally fails until a real demo recording URL is supplied.
The existing OpenAI dashboard submission is version 1.0.0 and is currently in review; it cannot accept a new ZIP while review is active. This repository remains version 0.2.0 until its next release. Hosted MCP scan fixes are tracked separately in https://github.com/flowcore-io/usable/pull/1269.
