Prepare LaraFly 26.10.2

Cuts LaraFly 26.10.2 from the adapter-agnostic and PyFly-parity program. Owner-authorized on 2026-10-13.

The release contains:

• Make the outbox, scheduling locks and CI database-agnostic #14 — the database-agnostic outbox, scheduling locks, dead letters and the CI integration matrix.
• Add firefly/orchestration: sagas, TCC and durable workflows #15 — orchestration: sagas, TCC and durable workflows.
• Add the CQRS query cache, messaging brokers, webhooks and callbacks, and harden the resilience store #16 — the CQRS query cache, messaging brokers, the resilience store selector and health indicators, webhooks and callbacks.
• Add firefly/eventsourcing: event store, snapshots, projections and event-sourced orchestration #18 — event sourcing.
• Bring the tutorials and the bilingual book up to date with the outbox, orchestration, webhooks and callbacks #17 and Add event sourcing to the book and tutorial, and enforce wallet ownership in the sample #19 — the bilingual book, the tutorials, sample security fixes and the CQRS problem-document fix.

This PR moves [Unreleased] to [26.10.2] - 2026-10-13 and bumps Version::VERSION, the README badge and the version examples in docs/versioning.md and docs/publishing.md. VersionConsistencyTest checks that these agree.

composer check exits 0: 6782 passed.

After merge, the annotated tag v26.10.2 triggers release.yml. It waits for Packagist to index the tagged commit, installs the published package in a clean consumer, builds the docs and both book editions, and publishes the GitHub release with the changelog notes and the book downloads.
