Independent WIP: all reachability and lifecycle work

Tracking issue: #1642. Includes all reachability/lifecycle changes and their fixes/tests moved from #1628: direct root proofs, shared snapshots, batched cycle queries, weak DOM parents, global destruction, pipe aliases and accepted socket ownership. Based directly on master; does not depend on the UAT branch.

Durable handoff with complete regression code, migration manifest, JFR evidence and next steps: reachability/lifecycle handoff. The tracking issue also contains this information inline, without investigator-local artifacts.

Open investigation / merge criteria

Catalyst prerequisite installation spent 4,830 of 4,836 sampled executions in isReachableFromRoots. Later progress was observed; this does not prove an infinite loop. Investigate repeated unblessed-aggregate cleanup queries through processDeferredBase with deterministic counters; preserve lifecycle semantics and snapshot invalidation. Related sibling #1623 has not been imported automatically.

The combined parent passed full make and focused regressions, including unchanged upstream DOM. Independent source commit 63b9463d5 passed full nice -n 19 make; all seven deterministic Java tests passed. The five moved Perl tests passed 22/22 on system Perl, JVM and interpreter with upstream Mojolicious available; direct global-destruction children passed both backends. nice -n 19 make check-links passed. Remaining release qualification is tracked by #1646. Do not treat historical combined evidence as a release gate. Require independent build, Perl oracle and both backend regressions, then Catalyst normally and full in-scope CPAN acceptance before merge.

Related #1336, #1597, #1628. No automatic issue closure while investigation remains open.

Independent draft PR: #1647. All reachability/lifecycle changes, their fixes and new tests are preserved together.

Committed handoff with complete regression code and next steps.

Independent source 63b9463d5 passed full nice -n 19 make; seven deterministic Java tests passed; five Perl tests passed 22/22 assertions on standard Perl, JVM and interpreter. Direct global-destruction children passed each backend; offline documentation checks passed.

Catalyst root-walk cost remains unresolved, so the PR remains draft. Resume with repeated unblessed-aggregate queries through MortalList.processDeferredBase and deterministic counters. Related UAT #1628 and qualification tracker #1646 remain separate.
