Before: each room seated an assistant next to the Researcher (named) and the Engineer (broadcast). The assistant routed requests and wrote a summary when an exchange closed. The terminal folded a closed exchange into a collapsed discussion under that summary.

After: a room seats only the two specialists. The person speaks to the Engineer, who reads every message, or to the Researcher with @researcher. The Engineer asks the Researcher with to when a message needs a limit, a part choice, or a test plan. No exchange owes a summary, and the terminal shows every message in order. A closed exchange adds one note only when it waits on a person or a seat failed.

How: startRoom gets no assistant and no summaryWriter, which Ambion supports (a close then owes no summary). The @ambionframework/assistant dependency goes. The view drops the discussion fold, the summary role, browse mode, /expand, and /collapse. Tab opens the ref picker from the composer. The LED sweep eval now grades the specialists' messages. An older data directory whose journal seats the assistant does not resume (alpha, no migration).

The Researcher sits at named and the Engineer at broadcast, so the
assistant only routed and summarized. A room now starts with the two
specialists and no summary writer. A closed exchange owes no summary,
and the terminal shows every message in order.

- Remove defineAssistant, its instructions, and the assistant package.
- The Engineer asks the Researcher with `to` when the person did not
address it and a message needs a limit, a part choice, or a test plan.
- Remove the discussion fold, the summary role, browse mode, /expand,
and /collapse. Tab opens the ref picker from the composer.
- A closed exchange adds one note only when it waits on a person or a
  seat failed.
- The LED sweep eval grades the messages of the specialists.

…model (#70)

<!-- ccr-projects-attribution: {"github_login":"andreisavu"} -->
_Requested by **Andrei**_

Before: the instructions of each specialist reach the model as one
paragraph of about 600 words. The closing sentence forbids a directed
hand-off, so the Researcher never hears a result of the Engineer. The
seats read "One room, build" in rooms with other names. They get three
different ways to cite one file. The preference of the person reached
only the summary seat, which #69 removed.

After: the instructions are one rule per line, under four headers:
Project, Evidence, Constraints, and Speaking. The Speaking rules permit
a hand-off to the Researcher with `to`, and include the preference of
the person. One citation rule covers the library, files that change, and
notes. A clone or a pull of the notes is not an edit.

This change comes from a guidance audit. The audit captured the exact
request that each seat's model receives, asked each seat what confused
it, and had Fable review the result.

How: `definitions.ts` holds the rules as data by group and renders them
as Markdown. The skills lose the developer notes that a seat cannot act
on: the camera fork history, "Only the workstation backend has
endpoints", and "drive lock". `check-a-photo` loses a rule that forbade
a pass when a comparison was possible. `test/definitions.test.ts`
asserts the groups, the placement of each rule, and the removed
sentences.

Not in this PR: the power-off hold wording, the web access sentence, and
the Ambion prompt placement. Each waits on a decision.
