Rust workspace for extracting clean markdown from any format (HTML, PDF,
DOCX, spreadsheets). Follows the bashkit project structure with:

- Core library crate with configurable extraction pipeline
- CLI tool for URL and file extraction
- Python bindings via PyO3
- Node.js bindings via NAPI-RS
- Benchmark and LLM evaluation harnesses
- CI/CD workflows (lint, test, audit, coverage, publish)
- Agent skills (ship, process-issues) and maintenance commands
- Specs for architecture, security, testing, and release process
- Fix dependency versions (scraper 0.26, html5ever 0.39, pdf-extract 0.10,
  calamine 0.34, pyo3 0.28, napi 3)
- Remove non-existent markup5ever_rcdom dependency
- Add missing bench file (benches/extraction.rs)
- Add tokio/fs feature to markkit-cli for file reading
- Apply cargo fmt formatting fixes
The Node.js bindings CI requires a package.json for napi-rs to work.
Updated workflows to use npx napi instead of global install.
- Remove deprecated vulnerability/unlicensed keys
- Add CDLA-Permissive-2.0 and Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM-exception licenses
- Ignore unmaintained advisories for paste and instant (bench-only deps)
