Change cf:parameters, osc:varibales and time axis

• Automatically derives OSC CF parameters from data variable metadata when cf_params is not provided.
• Supports temporal coordinates whose names contain time.
• The osc:variables extension field now contains the variable names used in the cube rather than the standard_name values from the data variable attributes.
