cortex_ingester_ingestion_delay_secondslosing most observations (Ingester: fix cortex_ingester_ingestion_delay_seconds losing most observations #7858). The metric is new in 1.22, so the fix carries no CHANGELOG entry.docker.io/cortexprojectinstead of quay.io (Pull minio from docker.io/cortexproject instead of quay.io #7864). Test and dev-environment only; needed so the tag build's integration jobs pass and images publish.
