vue-tsc 3.3.14 fails `pnpm typecheck` with a false `Property 'value'
does not exist` on plain setup bindings read in templates
(vuejs/language-tools#6267, #6237, #6322 — the dot-value assertion
re-added in 3.3.14). 3.3.13 is clean, so hold the bump until upstream
fixes it.

`app/workers/search.ts` imports `ofetch` directly, so it has to be a
declared dependency rather than one inherited from comark-content,
which no longer depends on ofetch as of v0.5.0.
