docs: redirect old API overview to entity reference

The old /entity/api/ overview currently redirects to the framework-wide API index. Send it directly to /btravstack/api/entity/, matching the old overview’s subject and the generated entity API pages. The built page now emits the intended refresh and canonical URL.
