Part of #64 (item 4), bumps to 0.17.3.
git worktree pruneskips locked worktrees (e.g. on an unmounted drive), butlive_worktree_branchesrequired the path to exist, soclean_testdb(orphaned=True)would drop the database of a locked worktree whose path is missing. Locked worktrees now count as live.Also adds tests that worktrees nested under
