feat(auth): núcleo do Better Auth, no escuro (ADR-033, PR 1/4) - #38

Adds the Better Auth server (email OTP, organizations, Google/GitHub, database rate limit, provider-token stripping), the auth_* tables, additive columns on users/workspaces (auth_id, auth_org_id, nullable clerk ids + identity checks), a session->workspace context resolver and an idempotent Clerk->Better Auth data migration script. Nothing in the app uses it yet: login is still Clerk. Migration 0005 is additive (ADR-031). Schema auth_, servidor Better Auth, resolvedor de contexto e script de migração. Login segue no Clerk. Migração 0005 aditiva (ADR-031): aplicar em production ANTES do merge. Dev DB: resetar a partir do parent antes de aplicar (contém ba_ do spike).
