- LLMits: a native macOS menu-bar app (Swift) that shows how much of your Claude Code and Codex quota you've used.
- ai-commit-gen: a Go CLI that writes commit messages from your staged diff. Installable via Homebrew.
- Built an AI bug-triage workflow (Anthropic API + AI SDK) that matches support tickets with Sentry and Graylog logs, suggests a likely fix and routes the ticket to the code owner.
- Moved the frontend from Webpack to Rspack, giving faster dev startup, faster CI builds and HMR for the whole team.
- Set up over-the-air updates for React Native with GitLab CI: bundles versioned per commit, promoted across environments and rolled back instantly. Hotfixes now ship in minutes instead of days.
- Wrote a shared auth library with built-in token refresh for web and mobile.
- Led WCAG 2.1 accessibility work across the web platform.
