/publications/ already links every /c/ page, and "conferences" was a misnomer for a list that includes journal papers. The URL stays as a redirect stub; the nav, sitemap and copy lose the section, and its violet accent now belongs to the home page's publication section only. Approaches get a required group (tlr, consistency, tools) and the pairs of artifact they link. importance now only orders within a group, so the pages sort through ordered() instead of a bare importance sort. tv.md gets its group here and is replaced by the tools page later in the series. relatedPublications() merges the conference pages that name an approach with the BibTeX keys in its own publications field, for papers that only exist as a redirect stub (the TAAS extension of ExArch).
